Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please send us an email at support@meowsavvy.com, and we will assist you promptly.

Shipping:

To initiate the return of your product, contact us at support@meowsavvy.com, and we will provide you with the necessary shipping details.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
